Mobile Technical Institute presents Customer Service Essentials, a Success Seminar Series workshop on Friday, March 28 from 8:30-12:30 p.m. at the Mobile Technical Institute training center in Mobile, AL. 

Customer service is a major component of virtually every job, and providing exceptional customer service is essential for individual and organizational success. Learn to recognize and properly handle common customer service challenges such as dealing with difficult or irate customers and how to communicate positively with customers.  You’ll also learn the truth about common customer service myths, gain insight into the expectations and needs of today’s consumers, and leave with practical tips for providing exceptional customer service.

Please Note: Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. Register online or call 251-478-6848. This class is approved for continuing education credit for professionals in a wide variety of occupations, inlcuding 4 hours of HRCI recertification credit.

About the Trainer:

Mary Gormandy White, M.A., SPHR has extensive experience in corporate communication, employee relations, marketing, and public relations. As Mobile Technical Institute's Training Coordinator, she has extensive experience providing training and consulting services to clients throughout the United States and is a frequent speaker at conference and association meetings. She is the author of 101 Successful Public Relations Campaign Tips and 101 Human Resource Management Tips in the LifeTips book series .
